The Macbook Pro Line is due for an update sometime this month or next month. As for the Macbooks by x-mas. Same time frame as last year. January we are sure to see new models. I would give it till the end of October for Macbook Pro because the previous 2.33 model was release on the 26th 28th of October last year. That is when I got mine. As G-Funk said, you should wait.
